Booked = paid.
Never chase a payment or a no-show again. Parents book your link and pay up front, your cancellation policy enforces itself, and session packs draw down on their own.
- About 10-minute setup
- Free for up to 3 students
- Pro from $19/mo, no platform fees
- Parents never need a login
How it works
Set it up over a coffee, not a quarter
No three-month onboarding and no consultant. Three steps and you're taking paid bookings.
Bring your schedule
Import students from a spreadsheet and connect Google or Outlook. Sync runs both ways, so nothing gets double-booked.
~3 minutesSet your rate and rules
Pick prices, session packs, and your cancellation and no-show policy. Write them once and TutorKeeper enforces them.
~4 minutesShare your link
Parents pick a time and pay through Stripe. You get a calendar invite with the Zoom link already in it.
~3 minutesFeatures
Everything a busy tutor needs. Nothing you don't.
One clear action per screen, plain words like "Paid," "Upcoming" and "Needs a note," and a mobile app for the things you do every day.
Pay to book: the slot isn't held until it's paid
Booking is the payment. Parents check out through Stripe on your branded page, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. You won't send invoices, write reminders or have awkward money talks.
Policies that enforce themselves
A late cancel or no-show keeps the payment or turns it into a credit, following your rules.
Prepaid session packs
Sell 5 or 10 sessions up front. Every lesson draws down the pack, and parents see what's left.
Two-way calendar sync
Google and Outlook stay in sync from day one. A dentist appointment blocks a slot automatically.
Zoom link on every booking
Each session gets its own meeting link in the invite for both you and the parent.
30-second progress notes
Tap covered, next and homework. Parents get the note, and it rolls up into a weekly PDF for each student.
Parent portal, no login
Messages, booking changes and downloadable summaries arrive as one-tap links by email or SMS.
Mobile-first tutor app
See today's sessions, mark attendance and send a note, all one-handed between lessons.
Your brand on the booking page
Your name, photo, subjects and colors appear on the page. Parents see you, not us.
Built for small agencies
Up to 5 tutors share one account, with separate calendars, rates and payouts on one dashboard.
Reminders that just go out
Parents get booking confirmations and reminders by email and SMS automatically.
Why switch
Built around getting paid, not chasing it
The established tools are invoice-first: you teach, then you collect. TutorKeeper takes payment at booking.

FAQ
Good questions
Do parents need to create an account?
No. Booking, rescheduling, messages and session summaries all work through one-tap links by email or SMS. The parent portal is there if they want it, with no password needed.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account. Stripe's normal card fees apply on every plan. On Free, TutorKeeper adds a 3% fee per paid booking. On Solo Pro and Agency there are no platform fees, just your flat monthly price.
What happens when someone cancels late or doesn't show?
Your policy runs automatically. For example, free cancellation up to 24 hours before, and after that the payment is kept or becomes a credit, whichever you choose. Parents see the policy before they pay.
How do session packs work?
Parents buy a pack, say 10 sessions, up front. Each attended lesson draws one down, and both of you can see the balance.
Can I bring my existing students and calendar?
Yes. Import a spreadsheet and connect Google Calendar or Outlook. Two-way sync keeps your personal events blocking time.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 3 students, with every core feature and a 3% fee per paid booking. Solo Pro is $19/month for unlimited students with no platform fees. Agency is $149/month for up to 5 tutors with no platform fees. Stripe's card fees apply on all plans.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. There's no monthly charge and no card needed to start, which makes it a good fit if you're new to tutoring or tutoring alongside your studies. You pay only a 3% platform fee on bookings that are paid (plus Stripe's card fees). If you're under 18, a parent or guardian sets up payouts with you. You can upgrade to Pro whenever you pass 3 students.
